If you are struggling to find the perfect present, why not buy a gift card?  These can be redeemed against any product in my shop.  You could buy or contribute to a workshop on natural dyeing (some are event online) or wool processing.  Then there is the wide choice of wool.
Any crafter or someone interested in preserving the environment will appreciate the gift.
